An extremely prestigious and high-profile estate in Beverly Hills is searching for a professional and experienced estate manager. This estate manager MUST obtain 10+ years of experience managing 20,000+ sq.ft. estate and working for high-profile clientele. Duties will include– staff management and scheduling, in charge of all hiring/firing, create estate manuals, completing thorough analysis of property, keep track of budget and expense, create spreadsheets and complete various administrative duties, train staff to perform at high-standards, oversee staff, vendors and maintenance personnel, execute events, greet and accommodate guest needs, assist with all additional duties. Estate Manager MUST obtain excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be team player, acquire great problem solving skills and know how to run an estate like a 5-star hotel. This position is full-time and starting salary depends on experience.
