Seeking a top notch Estate Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing MULTIPLE properties for various high-net worth individuals/families to manage multiple properties in the East Coast. Estate Manager must be very flexible and have the ability to travel as needed to care for all the properties. Requirements needed are:
– 5+ years experience as an Estate Manager
– experience managing Multiple properties
– Obtain excellent oral and written communication skills
– Understand complex “smart home” systems
– Vast experience in managing and supervising staff
– Experience with renovations and bidding for quotes
– Contractor and vendor negotiations/out source
– Keen eye for detail and ability to solve problems
– Experience with smart home systems
– Extremely tech savvy
– Understand that the utmost in confidentiality and discretion is required
– draft expense reports and maintain budget and petty cash system
– Multitask and handle a variety of duties
– Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
