Estate Manager MUST obtain 8+ years of experience and expertise in managing 30,000+ sq ft estates. This candidate MUST also acquire excellent communication skills and be HIGHLY detail oriented with the superb problem solving skills and ability to manage all aspects of an estate with utmost discretion. This Estate Manager must be able to handle a large staff without forgetting all the minor details to ensure a home at this level is running like a 5-star hotel.
