A Top Level Executive Assistant is needed to fully manage and handle all duties needed by a very prominent CEO in Beverly Hills, CA! This EA MUST obtain a minimum of 5+ years experience working for a high-profile client with excellent communication skills. Executive Assistant will be in charge of all administrative duties, coordinating travel itineraries (experience with charter jet bookings), answer and direct all calls/emails/messages, heavy calendar management and book all appointments/reservations, ensure all private/business calendars in sync, draft various documents and assist with all additional daily duties. This position requires someone that is HIGHLY organized and has a flexible personality that can also excel under high pressure situations. This position is full-time and salary depends on experience.
