A newly started non-profit company in Las Vegas, NV is looking to hire an executive Assistant. Job duties will include heavy phone calls, writing contracts/proposals, coordinating meetings and events, organizing and filing, travel if needed and assist with all administrative duties. This assistant must obtain previous 3+ years experience working as an executive assistant and experience in a non-profit organization is highly recommended. Assistant must acquire excellent communication skills, be highly organized, obtain the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
