A high-profile philanthropist in Beverly Hills, CA is searching for an experienced, sophisticated and professional executive assistant to handle all her business duties and keep-up with a very busy/hectic life. This executive assistant MUST obtain 8+ years of experience working as an executive assistant, be thick-skinned and excel under pressure, be highly organized and meticulous, must also be very tech savvy and be able to handle both personal/business calendars. Duties will include but not limited too–completing various administrative duties, project management, setting-up all meetings and appointments, coordinate travel–MUST obtain experience with private charter bookings, heavy calendar management, crisis management, finish tasks to meet demanding deadlines, etc. This position is full the experienced executive assistant and requires someone that can work a flexible schedule and be on-call always. This position is full-time and starting salary is $110K/annually (Depends on Experience) + full-benefits.
