A top-notch, experienced, polished, executive/personal assistant is needed for a high-profile family in Beverly Hills to handle a wide variety of tasks. Duties will include: heavy calendar management, coordinating travel (private and commercial), bookkeeping, various administrative duties, draft spreadsheets, prepare for meetings, liaison between home and office, personal shopping/gift buying, organizing all receipts, oversee petty cash and assist with all additional daily duties. This is a busy household and needs someone that can wear a variety of ‘hats’! Position is full-time with a flexible schedule. Starting salary $100K/annually (depends on experience) with full benefits.
