A prominent Brentwood Estate is searching for a Head of Security to oversee securities and manage all schedules, ensure proper protocols are being met for each situation, secure all areas of the estate, create/implement manuals and assist with all additional duties. This Head of Security (HOS) MUST obtain 3+ years working as HOS in a private estate with excellent communication skills and team building/management skills. Duties will include but not limited too: overseeing security team, creating manuals/checklist, ensuring property is secured, greet guests, work with all other staff members, assist with all additional daily duties. This candidate must have all needed documents for security–including guard card and license to carry a weapon. This position is full-time and starting salary is $40+/hour (depends on experience) + full-benefits.
