A VERY prominent estate is in need of an EXPERIENCED Estate Manager. This Estate Manager MUST obtain 5+ years of work experience managing all aspects of a 20,000 sq/ft.+ estates. Estate Manager will also be in charge of handling all staff members–including properly managing, training, hiring, set up payroll, and firing; manage all family matters; oversee all vendors; create estate manuals; properly manage and oversee all events and projects; create staff schedules; greet and accommodate guest needs; work with family office to ensure all duties are properly handled. This position calls for an experienced estate manager with excellent communication and problem solving skills that can properly manage a 20,000 sq.ft.+ estate in Beverly Hills, CA. Schedule is flexible and really needs an estate manager that can adapt to any schedule. Starting salary is $150K/annually + full-benefits.
