An estate in La Canada, CA is searching for a live-in property caretaker to oversee and maintain all areas of the home. This person needs to obtain 5+ years of experience with a private family/home, acquire excellent communication skills, be a detail cleaner and able to manage/oversee estate. Duties will include but not limited too–detail cleaning exterior of the property, assist with interior if needed, lift/move furniture, wash windows, handle minor repairs, oversee maintenance personnel and vendors, communicate with employer and greet/accommodate guest needs. This position is full-time and live-IN.
