A fabulous family in Beverly Hills is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to monitor their accounts and oversee financial transactions, budgets and reports. Bookkeeper must obtain a minimum of 10+ years experience with the ability to use different software programs. Duties will include– oversee all accounts and maintain/monitor budget, maintain petty cash system, maintain an orderly accounting filing system, conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account, record cash receipts and make bank deposits, create expense reports, report significant issues to principles, process payroll and provide administrative support. This position is part-time and hourly rate depends on experience!
