A busy family in Pasadena is searching for a personal assistant to care for all the family needs. Duties will include– heavy calendar management, booking various appointments and travel itineraries, completing administrative duties, filing and organizing, running various errands and assisting the family with every day tasks. This candidate must obtain a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a personal assistant for a family, excel under pressure, be able to multitask and prioritize, acquire excellent communication skills, be highly organized and be a team-player. This position is full-time and starting salary is $65K/annually.
