A high profile entrepreneur in the Bay area, is looking for a personal assistant to manage and maintain her busy lifestyle. Duties will include heavy emailing, answer and deliver messages, heavy scheduling, coordinate and maintain social/private/business calendars, coordinate events and travel itineraries, schedule meetings, run various errands, personal shopping, research and write business pieces as needed. Assistant must obtain previous 3+ experience as an personal/executive assistant, be highly organized, obtain excellent verbal and written communication skills, be extremely professional, proactive, a self-starter, be able to multitask and be able to work a flexible schedule. This position is full-time and client is looking to hire ASAP. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience.
