Personal Assistant needed for a retired couple in Brentwood, CA! (Starting Salary: $72K/annually)

A lovely retired couple is searching for a sophisticated and efficient assistant to schedule/maintain calendar, reduce stress, manage/coordinate bill pay, oversee maintenance personnel and staff, book travel itineraries, complete various administrative duties, answer phones/emails, implement budget and maintain petty cash system, etc. This assistant MUST be very familiar and know how to use QuickBooks, obtain a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an assistant, acquire EXCELLENT communication skills, be a team player and know boundaries/confidentiality. This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) and starting salary is $72K/annually.
