A prominent individual in Brentwood is seeking a professional and experienced personal assistant to care for all duties! This assistant MUST obtain 5+ years of experience with a high profile client or celebrity, be highly organized, have a positive attitude and be able to handle all tasks and have a positive attitude. This assistant must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent communication and organization skills. Assistant must also be thick-skinned and always be two steps ahead with excellent problem solving skills. Duties will include–calendar management, scheduling all appointments and meetings, accompany on various appointments, organize home/office, complete various administrative duties, personal and household shopping, assist with all additional daily duties as needed. This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) and starting salary is $70K/annually.
