A high-profile Entrepreneur in Montecito, CA is searching for a personal assistant/house manager to maintain and organize all aspects of personal and business matters. This Personal Assistant/House Manager MUST obtain 8+ years work experience with a high profile executive and acquire excellent communication skills, be highly organized, be able to excel under pressure, possess superb problem solving skills with the ability to always be two-steps ahead. Duties will include but not limited too– heavy calendar management, book and coordinate all travel itineraries and meetings, complete various administrative duties, manage all household staff, run various errands, set-up and manage payroll, oversee/manage other properties, tend to all time sensitive matters and assist with all additional daily duties. This position is full-time and starting salary is $100K/annually.
