Stellar Executive Assistant with 10+ years of experience is needed for a very prominent individual! Executive MUST be thick-skinned and able to strive in fast-paced environment. EA MUST also be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of time-sensitive matters. This candidate must also always be professional and obtain a skill in problem-solving!! Executive Assistant duties will include— Daily bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks including reconciliation and multiple credit card reconciliations; General office administration and maintenance of office files and equipment, Manage personal and business calendar and appointments, Produce documents, letters, presentations and invitations for special events, Process mail incoming and outgoing correspondence; including invitations, Administer all employee benefits and payroll, Keep inventory of special household items, Coordinated all travel arrangements/itineraries.
