6 ways a nanny can make your Thanksgiving less stressful: Part Two

There's a lot of work to be done on Thanksgiving, so why not make it easier on yourself and hire some help? Our nannies are versatile, dependable and have years of experience.

In the final part of our two-part series, we look at a few more ways a nanny can make your Thanksgiving less stressful this year.

1. Perform light house work

In part one we explored how a nanny can help make sure some of your home's rooms are clean, especially the children's. On the day of Thanksgiving, nannies can help you prep by doing some light cleaning, washing clothes and rearranging furniture.

Of course, if you need an extensive amount of help in these areas, perhaps a housekeeper or personal assistant could further lighten the burden.

2. Entertain kids on Thanksgiving

Want to have an extra set of eyes on the kid's table during your Thanksgiving Day meal? Our nannies will make sure kids are well-behaved and fed. When dinner is over, they'll also help entertain the kids and keep them busy while the adults mingle.

3. Relate to guests

Is your family multi-lingual? Do you have extended family members you haven't seen in awhile, and you want to make sure they feel comfortable? Many of our nannies can speak multiple languages, which helps them better relate to your guests. This helps if your guests plan on brining children whose first language isn't English, and they've asked that your nanny watch them as well.
