Chief-of-Staff needed for a prominent family in Beverly Hills, CA! (Starting Salary: $250K/annually (DOE) + Full-Benefits)!

A highly prominent family in Beverly Hills is searching for an EXPERIENCED chief-of-staff! This is not an entry level position and candidate MUST acquire a minimum of 8 years experience working as a chief-of-staff with experience managing MULTIPLE properties! Candidate MUST also have at least a bachelor’s degree! Duties will include but not limited too–management of multiple properties and all staff members, ensure each residence is following daily procedures, create household manuals and in-charge of hiring all staff members, act as point of contact and gatekeeper for the principals, coordinate with house manager’s/facilities manager’s/family office on all needed tasks and projects, complete special projects and handle all special requests, travel to all residences and with principals as needed. Experience in formal service and high-end event planning is highly preferred. Chief-of-staff needs to also acquire excellent communication skills, be tech savvy and have experience with smart home systems, strong management skills, be a team-player with the ability to work independently, must be professional at all times and extremely discreet and confidential.
