An experienced and professional Estate Manager is in need for a 30,000 sqq.ft. estate in Beverly Hills, CA! Estate Manager MUST obtain a MINIMUM of 5 years experience managing a large estate with multiple staff members. Estate Manager MUST also be highly knowledgeable and acquire previous experience working with Crestron system and various smart home systems. This manager needs to be tech savvy and be able to fix minor repairs around the estate–engineering education/experience HIGHLY preferred! Duties will include–full staff management, oversee vendors, create household manuals, coordinate events and assist during events, ensure estate is running smoothly and all needs are performed efficiently and in a timely manner, handle payroll and petty cash system, manage care of vehicles and all inventory, assist with all additional duties. This position requires a true estate manager that can excel under pressure and has thick-skin. Starting salary is $130K/annually (depends on experience)!
