Estate Manager needed for prominent family in Malibu, CA. Starting salary $130K + benefits. Duties include but are not limited to payroll, budgeting, overseeing household staff, scheduling, implementing and creating household manuals, protocols, overseeing all vendors and staff and creating and maintaining inventory checklists. EM has to be familiar with smart home systems. EM is also in charge of hiring, training, and firing staff, as necessary. EM needs to ensure home is running smoothly and all departments are working together simultaneously. EM needs to be a great problem solver and be able to delegate tasks proficiently.
