Executive/Personal Assistant needed for a CEO in West Hollywood, CA! (Starting Salary: $70K/annually + benefits)

An established and busy CEO is in need of a executive/personal assistant that can complete all needed daily duties! This is a dual role and needs an assistant that has had a minimum of 3 to 5 years of BOTH executive and personal assistant roles. Knowledge and experience with Quick books is highly preferred. Duties will include full administrative/office duties–including answering and directing calls, management/sync of all calendars, answer and manage all emails, light accounting duties, draft various documents, schedule all appointments/vendors as needed. Various PA duties will also be part of this role–such as running errands, personal/household shopping, assist with events and with all additional daily duties.
