House Manager/Personal Assistant needed for a prominent estate in Newport Beach, CA! [Starting Salary: $130K+/annually (DOE)]

A highly prominent estate in Newport Beach, CA is in need of an experienced house manager/personal assistant to maintain all estate and principal needs! Candidate MUST acquire a minimum of 5 years experience working as a HM/PA for a high-profile client with strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be a self-starter, tech savvy, available and flexible to adjust to ever-changing schedules, work well under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills with a positive attitude. HM will be responsible for planning and executing events for both large and small groups; organize all travel arrangements and manage complex schedule of events and special projects; provide oversight of household staff and vendors. Candidate MUST be flexible with work schedule and be available on weekends and holidays. HM MUST also be able to travel internationally and domestically as needed.
