Houseman needed for an Estate in Malibu, CA! (Staring Salary: $22/hour)

A Malibu Estate is searching for a houseman to be in charge of all exterior duties. This houseman must obtain 2+ years of experience working for a private family, acquire excellent communication skills, be highly organized and a team player, and take direction well. Duties will include– detail cleaning exterior of the property, care for outside furniture, clean windows and storage area, organize all outside areas, run various errands and complete household shopping and drive employer if needed.
