Administrative/Executive Assistant needed for a prominent client in New York, NY! (Starting Salary: Depends on Experience + full-benefits) | Posted on: January 4, 2018

A prominent client in New York, NY is searching for a top-notch Administrative/Executive assistant that can handle all aspects of a busy office but is yet very professional and sophisticated with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Duties will include–heavy calendar management (both personal and business), drafting of all documents, create reports and agendas, book all travel needs (private & commercial), prioritize to-do lists, heavy project management, and in charge of all email correspondence, answer all calls and deliver messages as needed, work closely with CEO and all staff members. This assistant will be the point of contact and MUST be able to excel under pressure. MUST be highly discreet and an amazing problem solver. Administrative/ Executive Assistant MUST be MAC savvy with a minimum of 5+ years experience working as an administrative/executive assistant. This position is full-time and salary depends on experience and previously earned rate. Position does offer full-benefits.
