A high-profile client in Bel Air is looking for a chef that can prepare weekly dinners, dinner parties and travel domestically when needed with client. Must use only organic ingredients, acquire knowledge of where to shop for the finest and freshest ingredients, be versatile in a range of cuisines but always keeping healthy cooking in mind, plating must be very presentable. This chef needs to obtain a minimum of 5+ years experience working with high-profile clients, be extremely versatile in cooking and in personality (in order to adapt to all environments, situations and personalities), must understand the significance of being discreet and confidential. This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) cooking just dinners, however chef does need to be flexible with traveling on various weekends/weekdays in a moments notice.
