A Celebrity family in Pacific Palisades is searching for an experienced and extremely DETAILED and ORGANIZED Estate Manager/Executive Assistant that can manage MULTIPLE properties and has 6+ years of experience managing high-profile estates larger than 10,000 sq.ft. with the ability to complete executive assistant responsibilities as well. Estate Manager NEEDS to obtain a 24/7 mentality with the ability to manage all aspects of an extremely busy household with a large staff. Estate Manager must also be able to excel in high pressure situations and have a proven work experience within a demanding environment. Duties will include heavy calendar management of all family members and solving conflicts with schedules ahead of time, overseeing staff–including schedules, payroll, hiring and firing, manage all properties, compile spreadsheets and budgets for all estates,  Coordinate domestic and international travel– including flights and accommodations, Responsible for overseeing all vendor and contractor work from large projects to small projects, oversee and coordinate all events–including small and large scale events, Serve as liaison between Executives and their agents, Responsible for monitoring and managing some household finances, drafting expense reports and paying personal and household bills– and much much more! This position calls for the top EA/EM that can handle everything! Starting Salary is $150K/annually (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE AND PREVIOUS EARNED SALARY).
