Estate Manager needed for a property in Maine– this manager must obtain 7+ years of experience as a manager and obtain a great deal of experience with renovations and vendor management. This is one of many properties the family owns and Estate Manager must fully be able to upkeep this property and oversee staff. Duties will include– staff management, oversee payroll, work with vendors, ensure renovations are being completed correctly and promptly, communication with head of managers and notify of all progress, issues and daily events. This position is full-time and located near the coast of Maine. Starting Salary is $100K + full-benefits.
