An extremely high-profile estate in Beverly Hills, CA is searching for an experienced and skilled houseman! Houseman MUST acquire a minimum of 5 years experience working for a private estate with the ability to work well in a team, acquire excellent communication skills, be able to lift at least 30 pounds, with the ability to multitask and take direction from the estate manager. Houseman needs to have experience with detail cleaning all types of surfaces, proper care and handling of fine art, be able to fix minor repairs and handle some maintenance duties, assist housekeepers with cleaning of the interior property, ensure property is running smoothly and report any issues to manager, do an inventory check-list and ensure everything is correctly stocked, assist during events and with all additional duties. This position is full-time and schedule does require working some weekends; hence, houseman needs to be flexible. Starting salary is $80K/annually (depends on experience) + full-benefits.
