Experienced houseman needed for a prominent family in Upper East Side, NYC. Houseman must acquire a minimum of 3 years experience working as a houseman. Duties include but are not limited to lifting and moving furniture, full exterior cleaning and maintenance of property, window washing/power washing, help with interior cleaning, and vehicle upkeep and maintenance, etc. Houseman must be energetic and a team player. This position if full time (Monday through Friday) and starting salary is $35/hour.
