A prominent Beverly Hills family is in need of an experienced and professional houseman! Houseman MUST acquire a minimum of 3+ years experience working for a private estate/family with good communication skills and stellar references! Duties will include but not limited too–detail cleaning of exterior grounds, washing windows, lift/move furniture and large items, complete inventory checklist and notify if an item is needed, fix minor repairs and some maintenance duties and assist with all additional duties.
