A beautiful Montecito estate is searching for a live-in houseman to join their team! This houseman must be a team player, obtain excellent communication skills and acquire 8+ years experience as a houseman for a private family/home. This position is live-in (Monday through Friday) but candidate must be flexible with schedule and changes to accommodate family. Duties will include but not limited too–detail cleaning exterior grounds of the estate, light cooking, maintenance and cleaning of vehicles, oversee maintenance personnel and vendors, assist housekeeper with any duties, lift and move furniture, ensure outside furniture is properly cared for and cleaned, run various errands/shop for household and assist with all additional daily duties. This position is full-time and starting salary is $55K/annually + full-benefits.
