Live-in houseman is needed for a celebrity in Beverly Hills (Monday through Friday). Houseman must obtain 5+ years experience working for high-profile clients/large estates, acquire excellent communication skills, be a team player, detail cleaner, good cook with the ability to prepare simple dishes and follow recipes, excel under pressure and be able to work with little-to-no supervision! Duties will include–detail cleaning of the exterior and interior of the property, cooking (simple dishes), oversee venders and maintenance personnel, vehicle maintenance, run various errands–including shopping for household, keep track of inventory and petty cash fund, assist housekeepers in any tasks as needed, formal serve during parties as needed, help with event coordination, greet and accommodate guest needs! This position is full-time and starting salary is $65K/annually + full benefits!
