A well established Orange County company is seeking an operations manager to be a part of their team that can implement new guidelines and ensure that all aspects of the company is being ran smoothly and efficiently. This candidate MUST have previous work experience as an operations manager and previous work experience in recruiting/staffing is HIGHLY preferred. Candidate must also be skilled in problem solving with the ability to manage internal affairs and report to CEO as needed. Operations Manager will also be responsible for helping all departments within the company, negotiating contracts, addressing budget matters, understanding general business operations and guiding work teams for projects. This is a full-time position and starting salary is $60K/annually (depends on experience) + full-benefits. This position is located in Orange County.
