A retired executive is in need of a part-time assistant to complete various administrative and personal assistant duties! This position is located in Century City, CA and requires 16 hours/week. Duties will include–arranging and coordinating travel itineraries and bookings, writing letters and emails, answering phones, running errands, organizing all documents and completing various administrative tasks.  This position needs an experienced, mature and patient assistant that can handle a variety of tedious tasks.
