A fabulous A-list Actress in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced personal assistant to handle a variety of assistant duties! This candidate must previously have worked with an actor/actress for a minimum of 3 years, be extremely professional, highly organized, energetic, self-starter, excellent problem solver, be a team player and MUST be able to travel as needed! Duties will range from various administrative duties, coordinating events, heavy calendar management, personal shopping, book all appointments, ensure all aspects of life are organized and be the liaison between publicists/management teams. Highly recommend that Personal Assistant also obtains charity experience! This position is full-time and requires someone that can work a flexible schedule. Starting salary is $65K+ annually.
