An extremely high-profile family in West Los Angeles is looking for an experienced, sophisticated, completely flexible and thick-skinned assistant to complete a variety of duties! This position is really for someone that has a 24/7 availability to work mentality with superb communication skills and minimum of 5 years experience working as a top-level Personal Assistant! PA needs to also be a self-starter, great multitasking and problem solving skills! Duties will include but not limited too–various administrative duties, personal shopping and running errands, scheduling and syncing all appointments and make changes as needed, answer all emails/phones, assist with coordinating events, and complete various personal assistant duties daily. This position is full-time and schedule is flexible. Starting salary is $120K/annually (depends on experience).
