MUST have a minimum of 8 years experience as an estate manager with experience managing 20,000 sq. ft estates with large staff! MUST understand and be familiar with Chinese culture! Duties include but not limited to–managing 20+ staff members, coordinating schedules, overseeing vendors, oversee all renovations, ensure estate is running in budget, administrative duties, solve all internal and external issues, ensure home is in immaculate condition and running like a 5-star hotel, etc. This position requires a seasoned estate manager.
