Estate Manager needed in Scottsdale, AZ!!! Salary $200K plus benefits

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily household operations, staff, and property management for a private family’s expanding residential portfolio. This includes a 60,000+ sq ft large primary residence and extended family residences in Scottsdale, AZ. The EM will develop efficient workstreams and resources, deliver and execute protocols, and ensure that the properties are maintained in proper working order and that logistical operations run smoothly. This role will oversee staff to ensure exceptional service and will train, coach, inspire and mentor their teams. The EM will work collaboratively with other department heads to guarantee high-caliber delivery in housekeeping, F&B, property, and
facilities management. This position reports to the Director of Estates, is a collaborative Leadership Team member and oversees a sizable household services operation. The EM will work closely with Leadership Team Members, including the Director of Facilities, Senior Director of HR, Director of F&B, Manager of the Principal’s Personal Office, and other Estate Managers. This is a unique role whose responsibilities are focused specifically on housekeeping, household operation, daily F&B service and Events; expanding at the remote properties to include facilities management.
