Executive assistant, Ojai, CA!!!! $120k to $140K plus full benefits

this is a great opportunity for an executive assistant/ house manager candidate that can showcase her/ his skills. The candidate will check emails and coordinate responses with Principal; manage a very busy calendar for the family; make travel arrangements, and keep clear records; schedule medical appointments; communicate and mange staff; coordinate grocery shopping and keep inventory of all items; event planning; pay bills; gift buying; keep maintenance schedule for vehicles; organize guests arrivals; take on projects that are necessary in the house. This is a Monday to Friday position but flexible when there are events on the weekends. This is NOT a remote position, your presence at the residence is needed every work day.
