Prominent estate in Newport Beach, CA is in need of an experienced groundskeeper/houseman to care for their 16,000 sq.ft. estate. MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience with excellent communication skills and references. Duties include but not limited to: pressure washing, window cleaning, keeping up with exterior lighting, taking care of the dogs, in charge of watering and fertilization schedules, cleaning and caring for outdoor furniture, grills, kids toys and overall maintenance of anything outdoors. Also, assist the housekeepers with anything they need indoors. This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) and starting salary is $35/hour + benefits.
