- Oversee and manage all aspects of the property, including landscaping, housekeeping, maintenance, and smart-home systems, ensuring top quality and smooth operations.
- Coordinate with and manage a variety of vendors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Supervise, and schedule household staff, maintaining high standards of performance.
- Manage guesthouse operations and scheduling, including arrivals and departures of guests.
- Keeping track of costs and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair projects, ensuring minimal disruption to household routine.
- Plan and execute events, parties, and gatherings held at the property, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the property’s inventory, ordering household supplies as needed.
- Coordinating with security personnel as necessary.
- Be the main point of contact for all property-related issues, resolving any problems promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating management and care for household pets (two small dogs) with housekeeper
- Help manage household deliveries, including return shipments through UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx.
