Houseman needed for private residence in Malibu, CA. Starting salary $35/hr plus benefits. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Houseman must acquire minimum 3 years experience as a houseman. Candidate must have a “can do” attitude, happy to jump in with all duties. Duties include but are not limited to managing staff, overseeing vendors, daily walk through of property, maintenance of exterior of the home, assist with housekeeping duties as needed, maintain outdoor furniture, cleaning gutters, cleaning statues and objects in garden, run errands, automobile maintenance, pet care, and more.
