Houseman needed for estate in Montecito, CA. Starting salary $35/hr. Schedule is Monday through Friday (some weekends required). Houseman must acquire minimum 3 years experience as a Houseman in a private residence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to daily walk through of property, maintenance of exterior of the home, assist with housekeeping duties (as needed), pest control, fireplace maintenance, maintain outdoor furniture, cleaning gutters, cleaning statues and objects in garden, run errands, automobile maintenance, pet care, and more.
