Searching for the perfect candidate that can take full responsibility for the care, feeding, development and safety of the children; prepare activities for kids such as cooking and baking; engage with other friends or nannies that the children meet and set play dates; communicate on every aspect of the children with parents; make sure they are clean at all times; prepare lunches for school when necessary; anticipate needs of the children and always look at how to better them; Organize their calendar and room, and clothes; travel with family when necessary.
