Experienced personal assistant needed for a celebrity in Brentwood, CA! MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience working as an assistant for a celebrity or high-profile individual, MUST be able to work a flexible schedule, be three steps ahead, be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills! Duties include but not limited to–personal shopping, heavy calendar management of personal and business appointments, administrative duties, oversee vendors, event coordination, plan travel needs, run various errands and assist with all additional daily duties.
