Experienced and skilled assistant needed for an executive in West Hollywood, CA! MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience with the ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed. Assistant MUST also be tech savvy and preferred experience with house management as well. Duties include but not limited to–heavy calendar management, book travel, complete special projects, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, create inventory checklists, manage staff and household, run various errands, assist with all additional duties. MUST be tech savvy!
