Experienced and thick-skinned assistant needed for a high-profile figure in Anaheim Hills, CA! MUST have a minimum of 6 years experience as an assistant and be able to wear many different hats! MUST be thick skinned and excel under pressure. Duties include but not limited to–heavy calendar management, coordinate travel itineraries, make reservations, complete all projects, speak to business office and write emails on behalf of employer.
