Highly experienced (minimum 8+ years of experience as a personal assistant) and sophisticated personal assistant needed for a prominent couple in Beverly Hills, CA! MUST have a bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills, be local and be able to be two-steps ahead at all times and complete all projects efficiently and on-schedule. Duties include but not limited to–personal shopping, scheduling all upkeep of personal/business calendars, complete all administrative tasks needed, be initial contact for all correspondence, respond to all emails and calls, complete special projects, etc. This is a strict personal assistant position!
