Personal Assistant needed for a prominent family office in Pacific Palisades, CA! (Starting Salary: $100K-120K/annually + full-benefits)!

Experienced and efficient personal assistant with a minimum of 5 years experience needed for a prominent family office in Pacific Palisades, CA! MUST have stellar references with previous experience working with a high-profile family. MUST be a team player with excellent communication skills, be extremely detail oriented and be able to wear multiple hats and be very versatile. Duties include but not limited to–various administrative duties, run errands, complete special projects and any tedious work, coordinate travel (private; domestic; international), heavy calendar management, set all appointments and reservations, work with other assistant and team members to ensure all duties are complete daily.
